Subscriptions

How often will i get this box & shipping?

This is a monthly subscription, so you will receive this monthly. Our cut off point to order that months box is the 19th. If you have ordered after the 19th you will receive the next months box. If you sign up on the 10th of the month your box will be dispatched that same month. We dispatch our boxes from the 14th up until the 22nd of each month. Once you receive your dispatch email, you will receive your box in the post within 2 working days via Evri or Royal Mail. 

How much does the subscription cost? 

The price of our premium box is £16.99, Our Self Love box is £19.99 & our luxury box is £29.99. Payment will be taken from your account on the 1st of each month if unsuccessful our system will automatically try taking payment for up to 7 days. 

Am i tied into a contract or any commitments?

No! you can cancel at ANY time. Please note: If you want to cancel your subscription and want a refund before you box has been dispatched please email us at info@prettyobsessed.co.uk and we can issue a refund for you, Please note we CANNOT issue refunds after the 7th of the month. If you cancel your subscription via my account section this will not issue you a refund. 

How can i manage my subscription?

If you created an account when signing up you will be able to view your subscription by logging into your account. If you didn't create an account upon signing up then you can still view, edit and cancel your subscription through the link you received in each subscription email. 

I haven't received my box?

If you have not received your box after 14 working days please contact us, if this is lost we can open a lost parcels claim with our courier, if you don't contact us within 28 days then we cannot refund you.

How do special offers & promotions work?

Simply add any discount code upon checkout.

Please note: If youve forgot to enter a discount code, we are unable to add this after an order is placed.

Not happy with your box?

If you have received a damaged product please email us with a photo so we can resolve this for you, please email your photo to info@prettyobsessed.co.uk. Our boxes may not be everyone's taste. As we are a small company any feedback is essential to us to help us grow. Unfortunately do not accept returns.

Renewal dates

Our billing renewal date is the 1st of the month.If you subscribe before the 19th of the month, you will be billed on the on the 1st of the following month. If you subscribe after the 19th of the month, you will not be billed until the 1st of the month after next (i.e. a new signup on the 21st of June would not be billed until the 1st of August)

Ready-to-go & mystery boxes

Shipping information

Any orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on that same day. Orders place Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday

We ship with either Evri or Royal Mail at the moment - Please choose your desired courier at checkout.

Damaged box or product

If you have received a damaged product please email us with a photo so we can resolve this for you, please email your photo toinfo@prettyobsessed.co.uk.

Which box will my order come in?

You will always receive all products shown on the images (ready to go boxes) but the box itself may differ. However the contents and packaging will still look amazing!
